Friday evening, Craig, Jodie and Tyler came up to visit (and do
some
coordination with their Nevada City house builders). Early Saturday
afternoon
Dave appeared in his truck with Nik and Courtney, all windblown and hot
after
their trip in 100F temperature. Everyone, including Mary and Me, was
therefore
in the Lake for the rest of the afternoon.
Just before dinner Craig and Dave decided to wakeboard while I
barbequed
chicken. All the kids were on board and when our boys finished
wakeboarding
Courtney said she wanted to wakeboard, too. I'm told she almost got up
but it
was time to return home for dinner. Early this morning Courtney was
right with
Dave, Craig and I as we went down for our morning wakeboarding session.
She
patiently waited (well, fell asleep) as we went around the lake pulling
Dave and
Craig. By the time it was Courtney's turn she had to get off at the
house to hit
the washroom. Grandpa, too!
But it wasn't long before we were all back on the boat and had
Dave and
Courtney in the water for another wakeboarding lesson. Craig drove
while I took
pictures and Nik and Tyler enjoyed the ride.
