While the show is playing, a control bar appears at the bottom of the show display screen when your cursor is in the screen area.  Click in the box at the right end of bar to display the show in full screen.  The show renders at resolutions as high as 1152 by 768 pixels, so full-screen display remains reasonably sharp even for large screens.  Click the size box again (or press Esc key) to return to the default display size.  While in full-screen mode the spacebar is another useful hot key; press it to pause, and again to resume.
