Our final Christmas celebration of the year was held the evening of December 29, when Craig, Jodie, and son Tyler joined us for family high jinks and dinner with Barbara and Andy's family.

A pensive Maddie and digital-game-playing Courtney await the arrival of Craig's family.

Craig's family has arrived, and the gaiety begins:
Arm-linked granddaughters Courtney, Nadia, and Maddie form a beautiful trio.

Craig and Jodie's Tyler joins the fun.

Tyler's girl cousins can't resist heaving him around the living room.

Meanwhile, Grandpa Herb was barbequing pork loins on the deck and is now slicing them for dinner.

Dinner at the Lindberg Resort is always an informal affair, even more so with Tyler whooping it up.

Maddie and Nadia sit gracefully across the table while Tyler whoops.
Note Mary's beautiful place settings and rose napkin rings, soon to become . . .

. . . body decorations, here on Craig.

Maddie and Nadia are just as silly as Craig.

Courtney, Maddie, and Nadia (green-clothed arm) make the rings into hand puppet jewelry.

After dinner, Tyler begins present opening of Christmas #4.

Family tradition: camera wars -- Andy snaps Grandpa Herb.

Grandma Mary opens her present from Tyler, a beret (not shown) and picture.

Craig begins the evening's fun by setting up Tyler's game of Life.

Thanks again to Nadia for the introductory two pictures, and also to Barbara for the pre-dinner high jinks photos and to Andy for the dinner shots and present opening in the living room. Grandpa Herb was processing previous photos, serving wine and drinks, and barbequing those yummy pork loins. As always, Mary was whirling in the kitchen and coordinating special dish contributions from Jodie and Barbara.
