We proceeded from the town of Mt. Hood to Multnomah Falls, also in the Columbia River Gorge.

Visitor Center is near the base of Multnomah Falls

The falls are in almost constant view, from the Visitor Center
(previous picture) to the bridge near the base of the falls..

I've moved a bit closer to reveal the lower falls.

Still closer, so the bridge and lower falls are distinctly in view.

Our tour videographer Jim Napoli doing a great job, but blocking my view here.

Zoom into the bridge and truncated upper fall.

Tour leader Chet Caskey kindly took this picture with my camera.
Excellent teacher but tipped the camera with every push (not squeeze!)
of the shutter button -- all four of his pictures are blurred.

Here we are on the path up to the bridge, taken by new friends Alice and Link Day.

Upper fall and the pool at its base.

Upper fall pool and a bit of the river to the lower fall.

Zoomed view.  The stairs on the left are the beginning of the path up to the falls.
