Christmas 2008
At Lindberg's Lake Wildwood
Part 1 of 2 -- Herb's Pictures

Posted January 6, 2009

Our Christmas in Lake Wildwood began with the arrival of Craig and Jodie on Christmas day, before they went to the Bay Area to visit Jodie's folks, and ended January 2 when Dave and his family drove off to their home in Milpitas.  In between we had all 14 of our immediate family together for the first time since several summers ago.  Part 2, Barbara's Pictures, will include three selected pictures of the entire family.

Nik opens a traditional Christmas present -- socks!  Courtney's 4-month-old kitten is on this lap.

Four days later Craig and Jodie return for their 4th Christmas.

Craig and Jodie's arrival, along with Andy and Barbara's family the previous day, completed the LWW Lindberg clan.
Here Andy is carving a 15-pound prime rib roast (you don't want to know the cost!).

Andy serves the prime rib as the family gathers around the table, 10 here and 4 more at a card table.

Tyler with a mouthful at the card table.  Prime rib is his favorite, as you can tell by the pile on his plate.

Meanwhile, Nadia has a vegetarian dinner, featuring a soup made by her.

I decided to take further pictures while seated at the table, so I could eat and pass food around.

Craig carried on his tradition of polishing off any leftovers, here salad from a huge bowl.  Nadia joins in as Nik looks on.

Courtney and Maddie rest upside down on the living room couch.
