This Institute of Mechanical Engineers building is at the end of the street on which the Churchill War Rooms stand.

Inside Churchill's War Rooms was this captured German Enigma coder-decoder machine.


Re-created kitchen in the War Rooms.


Many rooms, such as this one, were re-created to be much as they were during World War II.
These basement rooms would not have protected Churchill and his staff from a direct hit.
